基于能量观点的半刚性基层裂缝扩展模拟及预裂缝技术研究

         

摘要

文中基于能量的观点,采用了内聚力模型CZM,并借助ABAQUS有限元软件,通过室内确定力学指标,对半刚性基层的道路结构在实际环境和荷载影响下裂缝的扩展模型进行模拟研究。模拟的结果显示,裂缝间距越小,系统蓄积的能量也越小,根据能量最小原理,系统的能量越小,整个系统越稳定;另外研究显示,基层裂缝的最佳分布模式是由多条细裂缝组成,为了避免半刚性基层出现宽裂缝,采用基层预裂缝技术,人为的使基层产生网状细裂缝,能释放收缩应力,降低基层收缩蓄积的总能量,从而使整个基层系统趋于稳定的状态。%Based on the viewpoint of energy, this paper use the CZM(Cohesive Zone Model), together with the ABAQUS finite element software, through the indoor mechanical index, to conduct a research on the semi-rigid base road construction' s crack extension model under the situation of practical environment. The result shows, the small- er the crack space is, the less energy can the system store. According to the energy-minimization principle, the less energetic a system is, the more steady it will be. Another research shows that the best distribution pattern of base crack is built by many tiny cracks. To avoid the semi-rigid base from existing huge cracks, we use primary pre-crack skill, to make the base produce some net-like tiny crack, which can release shrinkage stress, reduce the total energy of base shrinkage storage, thereby to make the whole base system into a steady state.
