高等级沥青路连续施工工艺研究

摘要

沥青路面的裂缝问题，是目前国内外一直没有很好解决的重大技术难题。通过对沥青路面开裂及半刚性基层收缩的深入分析，本研究创新施工技术方法，增加道路各结构层的接触程度，使弯拉应力控制在最小值附近，将产生裂缝的收缩应力在道路整体结构内得到制约和平衡，达到克服道路裂缝产生目的。对上基层和下基层一次铺筑碾压，同时利用抗裂缝剂的缓凝延时特性实施沥青路面基、面层连续施工，使道路基层、面层紧密嵌锁粘结成一个整体，使道路抗压、抗拉整体强度大幅增长。%The crack problem of asphalt pavement is a major technical problem which has not been well solved home and abroad. Based on the deep analysis of asphalt pavement crack and contraction of semi-rigid base, this study innovates the construction technology to increase the contact degree of various structural layers in the road, control the bending tensile stress close to minimum value level, which will restrict and balance the shrinkage stress of cracks within the overall road structure, aiming to overcome the road crack problem.
