知识改变岗位素质成就未来--基于在岗中高职毕业生工作导向的学习分析

摘要

As shown in the survey on vocational graduates, their knowledge and quality play a critical role in their ca-reer and achievements. While these graduates are at work , they need to learn to improve theselves and work perfor-mance, to achieve job promotion, to make practice combine with theory, to laborate project task and optimize practic-es aiming to build a lifelong learning structure system and strengthen the application of practical and theoretical guid-ance. On the other hand, enterprises are supposed to improve the employees’ development system by laying down material foundation, being guided by spiritual culture and guranteed by rules.%知识改变岗位，素质成就未来，中高职毕业生走上工作岗位，需要在工作过程中自主学习提升自己，实现工作业绩的提升、工作岗位的提升、工作职位的提升，实践打通理论、强化理论，项目细化任务、优化实践环节，构建终身学习的工作过程知识结构体系，强化应用操作性与理论指导性。企业以物质文化为基础，以精神文化为主导，以制度文化为保障完善人才培养成长制度。
