In a four-cylinder marine diesel engine, the ethylene glycol monoacetate (EGM) was used as an oxygenat-ed additive by mixing into diesel oil in different proportion. It was shown from experimental that increasing ethyl-ene glycol monoacetate proportion in the diesel fuel can effectively reduce NOx, CO and CO2 emissions, making fu-el consumption higher at the same time. Increasing the inlet air humidity decreased nitrogen oxide emission concen-trations. Increasing the engine brake torque reduced fuel consumption, but leading to high NOx emissions. These con-clusions will provide a reference to improving marine diesel engine performance and emissions.%在一台四缸船舶柴油机上,采用乙二醇单乙酸酯(EGM)作为含氧添加剂,将其以不同的比例添加到柴油中。通过试验表明:提高柴油的乙二醇单乙酸酯比例可以有效降低NOX、CO和CO2的排放,同时会使得燃油消耗率略有提高;增加进口空气湿度也会降低NOX的排放浓度;增加柴油机制动扭矩降低了燃油消耗率,却会引起NOx排放增加。这些结论将为改善船舶柴油机的性能和排放提供参考。
