高校卓越会计人才能力特征及培养研究

摘要

In the new economic situation, the cultivation of excellent accounting professional is an important subject in high school talent training. This paper analyzes the current capability characters of excellent accounting profession-als and the existing problems. Furthermore, it explores and researches the training paths for excellent accounting pro-fessional in several respects, including the setting up the correct ideas, selection mechanism, the educational reforma-tion system andthe perfect feedback system and etc.%在新的经济形势下，培养卓越会计人才是高校人才培养的重要课题。文中基于高校卓越会计人才培养现状及存在的问题，对卓越会计人才应具备的能力特征进行分析，进而从树立卓越会计人才培养理念、建立卓越会计人才选拔机制、改革创新卓越会计人才教学体系、建立健全卓越会计人才评价反馈机制等方面对卓越会计人才培养途径进行探讨和研究。
