龙虎人丹对链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病小鼠降糖作用研究

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the hypoglycemic effect of Long Hu Ren Dan(LHRD) on STZ-induced diabetic mice. Method Normal mice were randomly divided into three groups: the control group,LHRD group (100 mg/kg),metformin group(200 mg/kg),and all groups were intragastrically administrated with corresponding drugs for 2 weeks.The changes of glucose tolerance were measured.Diabetic mice model was induced by injection of streptozocin (STZ). Mice were divided randomly into 4 groups: the control group, STZ group,LHRD group (100 mg/kg) and metformin group (200 mg/kg). After 5-week administration, the glucose tolerance, body weight and blood glucose level of mice were determined. Results LHRD significantly increased the glucose tolerance in normal mice(P0.05),decreased the level of fasting blood glucose (P0.01) and improved glucose tolerance in diabetic mice. Conclusion LHRD can significantly reduce hyperglycemia in STZ-induced diabetic mice.%目的 观察龙虎人丹(LHRD)对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响.方法 将正常小鼠随机分为空白对照组、龙虎人丹给药组(100 mg/kg)和盐酸二甲双胍组(Metformin,200 mg/kg),每组8只,连续灌药2周,观察血糖和糖耐量的变化,建立STZ诱导的糖尿病模型,随机分为正常对照组、STZ组、龙虎人丹给药组(100 mg/kg)和盐酸二甲双胍组(200 mg/kg),每组6只,另选6只正常小鼠做空白对照组,连续给药5周后,观察各组小鼠糖耐量、体质量和血糖的变化情况.结果 龙虎人丹能显著增强正常小鼠糖耐量(P0.05),且能显著降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖(P0.01),改善糖耐量.结论 龙虎人丹对STZ诱导的糖尿病小鼠有显著的降糖作用.
