明清时期珠江三角洲农作物变迁研究述论

摘要

Studies on the crop change in the Pearl River Delta in Ming and Qing Dynasties have been centered around the aspects of main economic crops, food crops and agricultural commercialization. However, most of these discussions were only focusing on a certain issue rather than dealing with the further subject of crop planting structure changes in the Pearl River Delta. It is generally held by most researcher that the there was a close relationship between the planting of economic crops and the agricultural commercialization in the Pearl River Delta in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. On the one hand, the planting of economic crops in large areas could promote the agricultural commercialization. On the other hand, the agricultural commercialization has brought a greater range of planting crops.%关于明清时期珠江三角洲农作物变迁的研究，学界主要围绕着粮食作物、经济作物和农业商业化三个方面展开讨论。这些讨论，大多数是就某个问题的讨论，很少以珠江三角农作物种植结构变迁为专题的深入研究。大多数研究者普遍认为，明清时期珠江三角洲经济作物的大量种植和农业的商业化有着密切关系，一方面经济作物的大面积种植，可以促进农业的商品化，另外一方面，农业的商业化也带来了经济作物更大范围的种植。
