农村房地产投资模式初探

摘要

指出了我国农业现代化、农村城市化、城市郊区化的不断发展使农村房地产业的发展具备了有效供给和迫切需求的条件，同时日益明晰的宏观政策环境和不断优化的社会经济条件也为农村房地产业投资提供了有力保障。在分析农村房地产市场投资现状的基础上，建立了4种投资模式并提出了制度建设的建议。%China has possesses the effective supply and demand conditions to develop rural real estate, owing to the development of rural urbanization, modernization and urban suburbanization. Besides, the increasely clear macropolicies and continuously optimized socioeconomic conditions also supply the investment of rural real estate convincing guarantee. Based on analysis of the investment situation of rural real estate, this pa- per sets up four investment models and proposes some suggestions for institution construction.
