In the period of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan,Yichuan County will focus on creating State-level Garden County,to build a green environment which integrate the plane and solid phases,coordinate garden green space with public green space,and unify the urban and rural greening.%指出了十二五时期伊川县将围绕创建国家级园林县城,建成＂点上成景,线上成荫,面上成林＂平面与立体相交融,庭院绿地与公共绿地相辉映,城乡绿化一体的绿化大环境。对伊川县建议国家级园林县城的措施进行了探讨。
