广东省林业碳汇发展的思考

摘要

Forest carbon sequestration is the most effective way to address climate change. Developing forest carbon sequestration can mitigate and adapt to the climate change. It is also an important strategy for sus- tainable development of society. This paper illustrates some problems existing in forest carbon sequestration development in Guangdong Province, such as low forest quality, low standard of :iorest ecological benefit compensation, etc.. Besides, the paper proposes some countermeasures, i. e. reinforcing publicity, establishing a unified carbon sequestration accounting and monitoring as to promote forest carbon sequestration development in system, strengthening scientific researches, etc. , so Guangdong Province.%介绍了广东省林业碳汇发展的现状，指出了其中存在的一些问题，如森林质量不高、森林生态效益补偿标准低等；提出了加大林业碳汇的宣传、建立统一的碳汇计量和监测体系、加强科学母：究等建议，以促进广东省林业碳汇的发展。
