除盐水系统混床周期制水量下降原因研究

摘要

指出了混床离子交换系统是除盐水常用程序的最后一环，是整套工艺的重要组成部分。针对混床在实际运行中出现的周期产水量下降的问题，以临涣水务公司二期除盐水生产系统为例，从设备、树脂性能、进出水水质及再生过程等方面进行了深入分析，探讨了影响混床周期制水量的主要原因。%Mixed-bed ion exchanger is the last process of desalting water system ,which is an important com-ponent of the whole system .Aiming at the periodic water yield reduction in the mixed -bed actual operation , this article takes the second phase desalting water system of Linhuan Water Company as an example ,deeply analyzes the equipments ,resin property ,in and out water quality ,etc .,and studies the main reasons affecting the periodic water yield of mixed -bed exchanger .
