指出了石油工业产业链长，环境污染类型复杂，污染持续时间长，会对项目所在地的人群健康产生不利影响。目前，应用于环境健康影响评价的方法发展很快，评价技术和模型不断更新，在实际评价中应综合考虑建设项目的现场情况和评价目的，优先考虑和选择有数据和实例支撑、方法固定、可信度高、易于接受的评价方法和评价模型。明确评价过程中不确定性的来源、性质以及传播，对其进行定量或定性的分析，并根据分析结果采取相应的减缓措施，确保评价结果的有效性。%Because of the long industrial chain ,complicated types of environmental pollution and long duration of pollution ,petroleum industry has adverse effects on local population health .At present ,the methods which are applied to environmental health impact assessment develop rapidly , and the evaluation technique and model are continuous updating .In the actual evaluation ,it should consider the field condition of a construction project and evaluation purpose to choose the evaluation method and evaluation model that have the advantages , including supported by data and examples ,fixed methods ,high reliability and easy acceptance .The article points out that the source ,property and transmission of the uncertainty in assessment process must be clarified ,and the quantitative or qualitative analysis must be made to analyze the uncertainty .In addition ,according to the results of the analysis , corresponding mitigation measures will be taken to ensure the validity of the evaluation results .
