GC - ECD 测定土壤及柑橘中的啶虫脒

     

摘要

The article adopts GC (ECD) method for the fast detection of acetamiprid in soil and citrus .The linear range of the method is between 0 .668 μg/mL and 33 .4 μg/mL ,ane the limit of detection for acetamiprid is 1 .8 × 10-11 g .The detection evaluates the acetamiprid at three levels of supplemental .The results show that the content of acetamiprid in soil is respectively 0 .033 ,0 .067 and 0 .334 mg/kg ,and the average recovery rate is between 90 .6%and 95 .8% with relative standard deviations (RSD) of 8 .14% to 10 .40% in soil;the content of acetamiprid in citrus is respectively 0 .067 ,0 .134 and 0 .668 mg/kg ,and the average recovery rate is between97 .4% and 102% with RSD of 3 .31% to 6 .14% in citrus .This method has the advantage of easy -operated ,fast and quantitative accuracy , which could apply effectively to the detection of the residues of acetamiprid in citrus .%应用气相色谱法(电子捕获检测器-ECD )对土壤及柑橘中的啶虫脒进行了快速检测,结果表明:该方法的线性范围为0.668~33.4μg/m L ,最低检出量为1.8×10-11 g ,啶虫脒在3个添加水平:①土壤的为(0.033、0.668、0.334mg/kg),测得其平均回收率为90.6%~95.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为8.14%~10.40%;②柑橘的为(0.067、0.134、0.668mg/kg),测得其平均回收率为97.4%~102%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.31%~6.14%。该方法操作简单、快速、定量准确,可有效适用于啶虫脒在柑橘上的残留量检测。
