铁皮石斛林下培育技术研究

摘要

分析了铁皮石斛的培育技术，采用选优繁殖、扦插等技术，其苗木生长迅速。结果显示：铁皮石斛用1年、2年生的嫩枝扦插，在立春季节扦插培育较适宜，幼苗生长良好。用植物激素处理扦插，植物激素能促进铁皮石斛扦插穗条生根、萌芽、抽稍，苗木生长快。尤其植物细胞分裂素又能对铁皮石斛扦插穗条抽芽产生较大的良好生长效果。%the Dendrobium cultivation technology research .Seedling cultivation using selection breeding ,cut‐ting ,the rapid growth of seedlings .The results show :Dendrobium candidum with 1 A ,2 a of softwood cut‐tings in spring season ,cuttage seedling grow th is more appropriate ,good .With the plant hormone treatment cuttings ,plant hormones can promote the Cuttage Rooting of Dendrobium ,germination ,seedling grow th and fast pumping slightly .In particular ,the cytokinin can produce good grow th and larger effect on Dendrobium cuttings ear bud .
