三七的贮存与养护研究

摘要

指出了影响三七质变的因素有三七的虫蛀、发霉等变质现象，总结了三七的贮存与养护必须坚持“以防为主、防治结合”的原则。根据三七不同的药用部位、存量、设备条件，归纳了三七的贮存与养护方法：进行科学贮存与养护，切实保证三七质量不受影响，充分提高三七的使用价值，为三七的贮存与养护提供参考。%T his article analyzes the factors w hich influence the qualitative change of pseudo -ginseng and un‐derstands the denaturalization phenomenon including worm -eaten and mildew .Then the article summarizes that the storage and maintenance of pseudo-ginseng must adhere to the principle of "prevention in the first place and integrating prevention with control".According to pseudo -ginseng's different medicinal parts , stock ,equipment condition ,scientific storage and maintenance will be adopted to ensure that its quality can‐not be affected and its value can be improved .T his article sums up the maintenance and storage method of pseudo-ginseng ,w hich provides references for pseudo -ginseng's storage and maintenance .
