原子吸收分光光度计灵敏度的影响因素研究

摘要

Sensitivity is an important indicator in the verification and acceptance of an atomic absorption spec‐trophotometer .In the analytic determination of samples ,it is important to properly adjust the sensitivity . Through the determination of the 2 .50 mg/L of the copper standard solution ,the article discusses several factors affecting the sensitivity ,including the analysis line ,lifting capacity ,lamp current ,atomizer ,and burn‐er ,etc .%指出了灵敏度是检定和验收一台原子吸收分光光度计的重要指标，在样品的分析测定中，适当调节灵敏度是很重要的。对2．50mg／L的铜标准溶液的进行了实验测定，讨论了分析线、提升量、灯电流、雾化器、燃烧器角度等因素对灵敏度的影响。
