禄丰县彩云镇沼气发展思路及对策

摘要

指出了沼气建设是当前全面建设社会主义新农村，实现“生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、治理民主”的社会主义新农村建设的基石。分析了彩云镇农村沼气建设现状和问题，提出了农村沼气建设发展的思路和对策。%At present ,biogas construction is the footstone of the construction of socialism new countryside , w hich aims to achieve the goal of “production development ,w ell-off life ,civilized living style ,tidy environ‐ment ,and democratic governance” .Based on current status and existing problems of rural biogas construction in Caiyun town ,the article puts forward the development ideas and countermeasures of rural biogas construc‐tion .
