不同调理剂对污泥堆肥过程温度和氧气变化的影响

         

摘要

Corn cob ,peanut shell and wheat straw were used as organic bulking agents in the present study ,and we explored the influence of different bulking agents on the temperature ,oxygen and moisture content of the initial pa‐rameters change during the process of sludge aerobic fermentation .The results showed that each different bulking a‐gents had certain impact on the process parameters such as temperature ,oxygen and moisture content of the initial parameters .When adding the mixture of different materials ,peanut shell and wheat straw ,the highest heating rate and a longer high temperature period occurred .Oxygen content in internal material incrementally increased gradually in each cycle of the blast ,and oxygen consumption rate was on the contrary .When adding the mixture of different a‐gents ,peanut shells and wheat straw had microbial blooms and significant growing oxygen consumption rate ,while the final dehydration effect of added corn cob material was the best ,followed by peanut shells and wheat straw .Con‐sidering the influence of corn cob and peanut shells on the cost of production ,it was recommended to use sludge and wheat straw for sludge aerobic composting .%以玉米芯、花生壳和小麦秸秆作为有机调理剂,研究了添加不同调理剂对污泥好氧发酵过程的参数温度、氧气以及初始参数含水率变化的影响。研究结果表明:不同的调理剂对过程参数温度、氧气和初始参数含水率均有一定的影响。添加不同调理剂的混合物料,花生壳和小麦秸秆的升温速率最高,且高温期时间较长,物料内部氧气含量在每个鼓风周期内逐渐递增,而耗氧速率则反之。添加不同调理剂的混合物料,花生壳和小麦秸秆微生物大量繁殖且耗氧速率显著,而添加玉米芯的物料最后脱水效果最佳,花生壳和小麦秸秆次之。考虑到玉米芯和花生壳对生产成本的影响,建议用污泥和小麦秸秆进行污泥好氧堆肥。
