为研究龙血竭的有效成分龙血素B对牛蛙坐骨神经-腓肠肌的影响,采用不同浓度的龙血素B作用于牛蛙坐骨神经-腓肠肌标本,观察和分析了给药前后坐骨神经-腓肠肌最大收缩幅值.研究结果表明:不同浓度的龙血素B单体均能抑制坐骨神经-腓肠肌的最大收缩幅值,抑制率随着药物浓度增加而加强,到0.25 mg/mL浓度时达到最大抑制效果.龙血素B可能是通过影响坐骨神经干上的电压门控钠离子通道,进而影响坐骨神经干上动作电位的产生和传递,抑制腓肠肌的收缩.%In order to study the effect of dragon blood on the gastrocnemius of sciatic nerve of bullfrogs, Loureirin B monomer was used in the sciatic nerve-gastrocnemius muscle specimen of bullfrog with different concentrations.The maximal contraction amplitude of the gastrocnemius muscle of the sciatic nerve was observed and analyzed before and after administration.The result showed that different concentrations of loureirin B monomer can inhibit the maximum contraction amplitude of sciatic nerve-gastrocnemius muscle, the inhibition rate increased with the increase of drug concentration, reaching the maximum inhibitory effect at 0.25mg /ml.Loureirin B may affect action potential generation and transmission on the sciatic nerve trunk and then inhibit gastrocnemius muscle contraction through the influence on voltage-gated sodium channels in the sciatic nerve trunk.
