基于组合工艺对碳源的物料衡算

             

摘要

为解决污水处理过程中的碳源不足问题,提出了生物絮凝吸附-水解酸化-前置反硝化曝气生物滤池组合工艺,研究了该组合工艺处理生活污水有机物去除的情况,建立了该组合系统处理过程碳源(以化学需氧量计,COD)的物料衡算公式.研究结果表明:该组合工艺的COD去除率为89%,去除效果比较明显;生物絮凝吸附部分COD 的物料衡算公式平衡百分比为100%,其中COD主要靠被吸附氧化和出水来排出系统,分别占进水的49.42%和43.83%;前置反硝化曝气生物滤池部分COD 的物料衡算公式平衡百分比为92.76%,其中COD的去除主要是通过DN BAF池反硝化消耗和C/N BAF池中氧化以及其他作用来完成的,分别占进水COD的30.92%和44.17%.该研究有助于更好地了解系统碳源的去向,解释其去除原理.%In order to solve the problem of carbon deficiency in sewage treatment, this paper proposed a combination process of bioflocculation adsorption-hydrolytic acidification-pre-denitrification biological aerated filter.This paper also studied the removal of organic matter from domestic wastewater and established the material balance formula of the carbon source (COD).The results showed that the removal efficiencies of COD were 89% withobviousefficiency.The equilibrium percentage of material balance formula of COD in bio-flocculation adsorption part was 100%.The COD was mainly discharged by the adsorption and oxidation accounting for 49.42% and 43.83% of the influent respectively.The equilibrium percentage of COD in pre-denitrification biological aerated filter was 92.76%, and the removal of COD was mainly through the denitrification of DN BAF, the oxidation of C/N BAF and other effects accounting for 30.92% and 44.17% respectively.This study helped to better understand the fate of the system carbon source and explained its removal principle.
