突发性环境污染事故应急监测预案的编制探讨

摘要

指出了依据环境统计公报,近几年来我国每年突发性环境事件高达数百起,这足以证明我国已经进入环境污染事故高发期.而我国环境应急监测还处于发展初期,各监测部门的应急监测预案还不完善,应急监测预案是做好突发性环境污染事故防范和应急监测工作的重要保证.结合自身的经验提出了一套简单实用的应急监测预案编制的思路.%According to the environment statistical bulletin, annual sudden environmental events in our country are up to several hundred in recent years, which proves that our country has entered the high incidence of environmental pollution accidents.However, environmental emergency monitoring in our country is still in the early stage of development.Emergency monitoring plan is an important guarantee for sudden environmental pollution emergency monitoring and prevention.But the department of emergency monitoring plan is not perfect.Combined with author's writing experience, this paper proposed a set of simple and practical emergency monitoring plan.
