铁炭微电解预处理高浓度酵母废水

     

摘要

对高浓度酵母废水进行铁炭微电解预处理,研究了反应条件和反应机理.对进水pH值、铁用量、铁炭比和反应时间对处理效果的影响的单因素进行了试验研究,得到最佳反应条件为: 进水pH值为3,铁投加量40 g/L,铁炭比2∶1,反应时间3 h,COD去除率可达40%以上.%In this paper, the pretreatment of highly concentrated yeast wastewater by iron-carbonmicro-electrolysis was studied,as well as thereaction conditionsand mechanism.Factors of pH,iron dosage,Fe /C and reaction time were observed in the experiment.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: pH value of 3,iron dosage of 40 g /L,Fe /C of 2:1 reaction time of 3 h.The removal rate of COD was above 40%.
