改进粒子滤波在多路径效应减轻中的应用

             

摘要

An improved Particle Filter Algorithm of extraction of multipath effects is put forward in this paper. To combat particle degeneration, Unscented Kalman Filter is applied to particle update process. Considering the influ-ence of the noise of the original signal and update process, the wavelet transform algorithm and adaptive denoising algorithm are used for noise reduction during the data preprocessing stage and particle update process. Analytic re-sults of the experimental data show that the improved algorithm can extract multipath signal model efficiently, and it has a certain reference value.%提出了一种基于改进粒子滤波的多路径效应减轻算法。首先,针对粒子退化问题,将无迹卡尔曼滤波应用到粒子更新过程中;其次,考虑到原始信号噪声及更新过程噪声的影响,在数据预处理阶段及粒子更新过程中,利用小波变换算法进行降噪处理。实验数据分析结果表明,改进算法能够有效地提取出信号的多路径模型,有一定的参考价值。
