小口径冲孔灌孔桩理论与实践初探

             

摘要

With the development of urban construction,the building density becomes higher and higher. In order to solve the problems of constructions in congested or narrow areas,different kinds of piles have been developed in foundation engineering, especially smalldiameter piles. Because of its advantages of low noise, light vibration, non-slurry pollution and low-cost, the small diameter percussion drilling cast-in-place concrete pile has developed rapidly in these years. According to their work experiences, the authors give their opinion in this paper on the characteristics in design and construction of this kind of pile. Moreovar,its applications to low-storied buildings are studied with two cases histories.%结合作者的工作实践介绍了小口径冲孔灌孔桩的设备组成、施工工艺、桩身特征、以及设计与施工特点.同时,文中结合两个工程实例介绍了该桩型的优势与局限性.
