基于信息熵的学校师资状况的综合评价方法

Using the more mature method of entropy weight,the development of school faculty in Jiaxing Radio and TV University was researched,a conclusion that resembled the conclusion of "Faculty System Entropy" mode was got. It not only demonstrated availability and practicability of the two evaluation methods, but also proved that the "Faculty System Entropy" theory and related evaluation method to he proposed by the author had certain validity.%运用较为成熟的熵值评价法，再次对嘉兴电大师资队伍的发展状况进行研究，所得结论和“师资系统熵”模型的结论基本相同．这不仅表明了两种评价方法的有效性和实用性，而且证明了作者提出的“师资系统熵”及其评价方法具有一定的正确性．
