基于高校教师现有职称,以高校教师教龄、科研、工作量、年度考核等指标构建了岗位评价要素指标矩阵.借鉴层次分析法中的评判矩阵来确定各指标的权重,从而能有效地进行定岗定编.%Based on the existing position,the job grade index matrix in terms of college teaching years,scientific research,workload and annual assessment was constructed.The weight of each index can be decided by way of the evaluation matrix from analytic hierarchy process.Then the job evaluation effectively may be made.
