基于CFD和LMS闸阀气体内漏的数值分析

         

摘要

针对闸阀气体内漏过程不同内漏间隙对声场分布的影响,采用联合仿真的方法对其进行了研究.结果表明:气体通过内漏间隙时,产生高速射流,速度已超过音速;在相同的工况状态下,随着阀门内漏间隙的扩大,最大射流速度也明显增加.内漏间隙从0.5 mm增加到2.0 mm的过程中,其总体声强也随之增加,并且在19840 Hz左右处存在峰值,各个内漏间隙的声压级响应曲线分布规律一致.%Aiming at the effect of different inner leakage space on sound field distribution in the process of brake valve gas inner leakage,it was studied by joint simulation method.The result shows that gas genera-ted high-speed jet when passing through inner leakage space,which speed exceeds sound velocity;under same conditions,with valve inner leakage space increases,the maximum jet speed also increases.When In-ner leakage space is from 0.5mm to 2.0 mm,its overall sound intensity also increases,and reaches peak at 19840 Hz,sound pressure level response curve distribution rule of each leakage space is conformity.
