Tei指数对甲亢性心脏病患者右室功能的评估

It is requested to take the tissue Doppler imaging technology to measure the Tei index of right ventricular and assess the right ventricular function of hyperthyrodism patients with heart disease.The au-thor will select 58 patients who are clinically diagnosed with hyperthyroid heart disease,63 patients with hyperthyroidism and 52 normally healthy personnel,and divide them into hyperthyrodism group and nor-mal group.All human subj ects will take the ultrasonic cardiogram to measure the functional index of the traditional right ventricle,then,make use of tissue Doppler imaging (TDI)to measure the Tei index of the right ventricle,and carry out the statistical contrastive analysis according to three groups of data.As shown in the results,the Tei index(0.44±0.09)of the hyperthyroidism heart group is higher than the simple hy-perthyroidism group (0.37±0.053)and normal group (0.32±0.026).When they are compared pairwise,the statistical significance (P< 0.05)is available;When RA and RV of the hyperthyroidism heart group and EF & E/e of the traditional cardiac function index are compared with the simple hyperthyroidism group and normal group,the difference has the statistical significance (P<0.05).However,there is no statistical significance (P>0.05)if the simple hyperthyroidism group is compared with normal group.Hence,Tei in-dex can evaluate the right heart function of patients with hyperthyroidism heart disease in the early period, guide the clinical diagnosis effectively and heal the patients with hyperthyroidism heart disease.%应用组织多普勒成像技术测定右室 Tei 指数评估甲亢性心脏病患者右室功能.选取临床诊断为甲亢性心脏病患者58例,单纯性甲亢患者63例和正常健康体检人员52例,分为甲亢心组,单纯甲亢组和正常组.所有受试者均采用超声心动图测定传统右室功能指标,并通过组织多普勒成像(TDI)测定右室 Tei 指数,通过3组数据进行统计学对比分析.结果发现,甲亢心组 Tei 指数(0.44±0.09)高于单纯甲亢组(0.37±0.053)和正常组(0.32±0.026),两两比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲亢心组RA、RV及传统心功能指标 EF、E/e 与单纯甲亢组、正常组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),单纯甲亢组与正常组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).由此可得,Tei 指数能较早期地评估甲亢心患者右心功能,可有效指导临床诊断、治疗甲亢心患者.
