基于氧化铝模板原位制备Ni/Al-LDHs薄膜的工艺及性能研究∗

         

摘要

采用电化学阳极氧化铝模板提供 Al3+,在Ni(NO3)2和NH4 NO3溶液中采用原位生长法制备了Ni/Al-NO3-LDHs薄膜,在弱酸性条件下通过离子交换将磺基水杨酸阴离子引入 Ni/Al-NO3-LDHs 薄膜层间,制备了磺基水杨酸/LD H s 复合薄膜,优化了工艺条件,并借助XRD、FT-IR、SEM等手段对薄膜进行了结构和形貌分析.结果表明,磺基水杨酸阴离子成功插层于LDHs薄膜层间,层间距由0.883 nm增大为1.153 nm,NO-3离子在1384 cm-1的特征峰基本消失,同时出现了磺基水杨酸的特征峰. SEM 照片显示,LDHs晶片垂直于 Al 基底生长.电化学腐蚀和UV-Vis分析表明,LDHs薄膜具有良好的耐蚀性和优异的紫外阻隔性能.%Ni/Al-NO3-LDHs film was prepared by in-situ electrochemical anodic oxidation of aluminium oxide template to provide Al3+ in the Ni(NO3 )2-NH4 NO3 solution.sulfosalicylic acid/LDHs composite films were prepared by introducing sulfosalicylic acid anions into the Ni/Al-NO3-LDHs layers with ion exchange method in weak acid conditions.The process conditions were optimized.The structure and morphology of the film were characterized by XRD,FT-IR and SEM.The results showed that sulfosalicylic acid anions were successfully in-tercalated into LDHs layers with the layer spacing increased from 0.883 nm to 1.153 nm.The characteristic peak of NO-3 ion at 1 384 cm-1 disappeared while a new peak for sulfosalicylic acid anion appeared.SEM images showed that LDHs film grown vertically on Ni substrate.Electrochemical corrosion and UV-Vis analysis showed that LDHs film had good corrosion resistance and excellent UV blocking properties.
