钙钛矿太阳能电池因具有成本低廉、制备工艺相对简单、光电转换效率高等优点而受到重点关注.为了进一步在较高的光电转换效率的基础上降低其成本,研究人员以碳替代贵金属作为电池的对电极,在不使用昂贵的空穴传输层情况下,将光电转化效率从6.64%提升到15.03%.根据碳电极在钙钛矿太阳能电池中应用的情况,介绍了碳电极的导电机理、组成结构、制备方法和应用技术,并对其应用前景进行了展望.%Due to its rapidly increased efficiency,simple preparation process,and low cost,perovskite solar cells have aroused widespread concern.In order to further reduce its cost on the basis of high photoelectric conversion efficiency,researchers replaced noble metal with carbon as counter electrodes,with energy conversation effi-ciency boosted from 6.64% to 15.03%.Based on applications of the carbon electrodes in the perovskite solar cells,the conductive mechanism,component,manufacturing methods and application of the carbon electrodes were discussed,and prospects of perovskite solar cells were assessed.
