刑侦专业化建设实践与探讨

摘要

During the process of professional construction on criminal investigation,Xiamen Public Security Bureau proceeds from the reality,changes the investigation concept,innovates ways to fight against crimes,and explores a unique way to develop criminal investigation professionally.As a result,both the efficiency and quality of the fight against crime has been improved steadily.In order to be ready for ＂Four Battles＂ and make ＂Two Improvements＂,efforts should be made to innovate concept and perfect working mechanism.%在刑侦专业化建设中,厦门市公安局坚持从实际出发,转变侦查理念,创新打击方式,探索出一条独具特色的刑侦专业化建设之路,打击效能稳步提升,打击质量得以提高。今后仍应围绕＂四战两提高＂总体工作目标,进一步创新理念,完善工作机制。
