讯问笔录“失真”问题探析

摘要

The transcripts of interrogation,which has a very significant position in China's evidence system,is one of the most important judicial documents. In practice, to some extent, the interrogation record is somewha tnon-standard, and the most serious problem is its"distortion" , as a result of individual and institutional reasons. As for the correction of the "distortion" in the interrogation record,it depends on not only a joint effort, but also the improvement of China's judicial system reform.%讯问笔录是我国司法文书中重要的文书之一，在我国的证据体系中占有重要地位，其质量直接决定着执法水平的高低和办案质量的好坏。在司法实践中，讯问笔录不同程度存在着文本不规范现象，其中最为严重的问题是讯问笔录“失真”，究其原因有个体因素亦有制度方面的因素，纠正讯问笔录“失真”问题需要多方面的共同努力，更有赖于我国司法体制改革的进一步完善。
