Seeds of Dendrobium fimbriatum were sown aseptically for protcorms induced and organogenes, also the effects of different temperature, hormones combinations on the seed nonsymbiotic germination were studied. The results showed that protcorms, green and big, were induced after 7 - 15 d on KC basal medium with 2% sucrose, solidified with 0.7% agar at 25 ℃ and the seed germination rate maybe up to 98.3%. The actions of protcorm inducing and seeding differentiation were effective when they were cultured on KC medium +2 mg.L-1 6-BA +0.1 -0.5 mg.L-1 NAA with 3% sucrose , solidified with 0.7% agar at 25 ℃. The percentage of induction and proliferation maybe up to 91.2%. The seedings on subculture medium could normally multiply, root and regrowth.%通过对流苏石斛(Dendrobium fimbriatum Hook.)成熟种子进行无菌播种诱导原球茎,研究了其在不同温度、不同质量浓度植物生长调节剂配比下种子无菌萌发情况,原球茎分化获得幼苗.结果表明:25℃,Knudson C (KC)+2%蔗糖+0.7%琼脂时,原球茎诱导时间为7-15 d,种子萌发率可达98.3%.25℃,KC +2 mg·L-1 6-BA +0.1 -0.5 mg·L-1 NAA+3%蔗糖+0.7%琼脂时有利于原球茎诱导和幼苗分化,分化率可达91.2%.幼苗继代转接后均能正常生长、增殖和生根.
