盐胁迫下的2种素馨属植物生理特性

     

摘要

以金叶素馨和红花素馨2年生苗为研究对象,设置不同浓度NaCl胁迫处理,研究其质膜过氧化程度和抗氧化酶系统在盐胁迫下的生理响应.结果表明:(1)随着NaCl浓度及处理时间的增加,叶片电导率、丙二醛(MDA)含量均呈上升趋势,胁迫45 d时,红花素馨各处理的电导率、MDA含量增幅小于金叶素馨;(2)金叶素馨随着胁迫时间增加,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性先升后降,第15天各处理均达到最大值,抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)均上升,而红花素馨在NaCl浓度为50、100 mmol· L-1时,SOD活性随时间的增加呈上升趋势,当NaCl浓度增至150mmol·L-1时,其峰值则出现在胁迫后第15天,随后下降,APX、CAT、POD活性均随时间增加而增大.因此,2种植物均能在一定盐胁迫范围内通过自身保护酶系统的调节有效降低活性氧的伤害,而且红花素馨表现出较强的耐盐性.%Two Jasminum offcinale cultivars, 'Fiona Sunrise' and 'Inverleith' , were used to study their physiological response by investigating the membrane lipid peroxidation and antioxidant enzymes under NaCl stress. The results showed that electrolyte leakage (EL) and MDA content increased with the increasing of NaCl concentrations in the two cultivars, and the increases of EL and MDA in ' Fiona Sunrise' were less than those in the cultivar ' Inverleith' . With the increasing of stress time, ascorbate peroxide ( APX) , catalase (CAT) , peroxidase (POD) increased in both cultivars; while the activity of superoxid edismutase (SOD) showed the different pattern. For the cultivar ' Fiona Sunrise' , the SOD activity increased firstly, followed by a decrease and the peak was observed on the 15 th day. For the cultivar ' Inverleith' , the SOD activity increased at 50 mmol·L-1 and 100 nimol·L-1 , however, the SOD activity increased firstly and then decreased at 150 mmol·L-1 . In conclusion, the two cultivars can reduce the harm of reactive oxygen by triggering the protective enzyme system in a certain range of NaCl stress, and the cultivar ' Inverleith' has a stronger resistance of NaCl than the cultivar ' Fiona Sunrise'.
