Sympodial bamboo (Dendrocalamus farinosus) growing in southern Sichuan Province was taken as experimental materials.The effects of two kinds of hot pressing technology on properties of laminated bamboo sliver lamber (LBSL) were compared.The density of panels,temperature and time of hot pressing were taken as variables factors.And their effects on physical and mechanical properties of LBSL were investigated with variance analysis and significance test.The results showed that both of the properties of LBSLs manufactured by different hot pressing technologies were more superior than the value of standards.Optimal technology parameters were the hot-hot cycle pressing,0.8 g· cm-3 board density,150 ℃C hot press temperature and 1.5 min· mm-1 hot press time.With optimized technology of LBSL,three species of sympodial bamboo (Dendrocolamus farinosus; Bambusa rigida;Bambusa omeiensis) LBSLs were made and the properties were compared.%以四川南部长宁县的丛生竹种粱山慈竹为试材,就2种热压工艺对竹篾层积材的性能影响进行了比较,采用正交试验法,对影响竹篾层积材物理力学性能的工艺因子进行分析和优化.结果表明,2种热压工艺制备的竹篾层积材性能均远高于标准要求;优化的竹篾层积材热压工艺为“热上热下”工艺;基于该工艺制备层积材优化的工艺因子为密度0.8 g·cm-3,热压温度150℃,热压时间1.5 min· mm-1.以优化的竹篾层积材工艺及因子,对该县3种丛生竹种梁山慈竹、硬头黄竹、慈竹竹篾制备的竹篾层积材的物理力学性能进行了对比.
