柠条丸粒化种子吸水及崩解特性研究

     

摘要

柠条是干旱半干旱地区水土保持的重要树种之一,为了提高柠条丸粒化种子播种造林成活率,筛选出合适的丸粒化配方,研究了不同粘着剂浓度、丸粒化材料和丸粒化倍数对柠条丸粒化种子的吸水性、崩解率影响。结果表明:当羧甲基纤维素钠浓度为1.25%时,柠条丸粒化种子吸水性最好,达到18.83%,丸粒化材料对吸水性的影响差异不显著;选择羧甲基纤维素钠浓度为1.25%,丸粒化倍数为7,丸粒化充料配比为B3(粘土∶滑石粉∶高岭土=3∶3.5∶3.5)和C2(粘土∶滑石粉=4∶6)是干旱半干旱地区柠条丸粒化种子播种造林较合适的配方。低于2%含水量的土壤环境,能延长丸粒化种子的崩解时间,降低崩解率。%Caragana ( Caragana korshinskii) is one of the important tree species for soil and water conservation in arid and semi-arid area.In order to improve the Caragana pelleted seed sowing afforestation survival rate, to screen out the suitable pelleted formulation, the effects of different adhesive concentration, pelleting materials and pelleting multiple on water absorption, disintegration of pelleted seeds were studied.The results showed that, the water absorption of pelleted seed was the greatest (18.83%) when the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose concentration was 1.25%.The difference of pelleting material effect on the water absorption was insignificant.The suitable pelleting formula for Caragana pelleted seed sowing afforestation in arid and semi-arid area was sodium carboxymethyl cellulose concentration of 1.25%, pelleting multiple of 7, pelleting material ratio of B3 (clay∶talcum powder∶kaolin=3∶3.5∶3.5) and C2 (clay∶talcum powder=4∶6).Less than 2% soil moisture content could delay disintegration time and reduce the disintegration rate of pelleted seeds.
