紫外线光固化竹粉/丙烯酸酯复合材料的性能

     

摘要

为提高木塑复合材料制备效率、 节约能源, 丰富和完善木塑复合材料的制备技术, 通过紫外线光(UV)固化技术制备竹粉/丙烯酸酯复合材料, 并研究了竹粉含量对竹粉/丙烯酸酯复合材料动态力学性能、 弯曲性能、 吸水率的影响.结果表明, 竹粉与丙烯酸酯能较好地生成交联网络结构, 改善竹粉/丙烯酸酯复合材料的物理性能, 其弯曲性能随着竹粉含量增加而增强, 并在竹粉含量20%时达到最大值, 之后逐渐变弱.竹粉/丙烯酸酯复合材料的储能模量随竹粉含量增加而增加, 但竹粉含量超过20%时其储能模量开始下降;竹粉的加入导致竹粉/丙烯酸酯复合材料的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)从84 ℃提高到105 ℃.竹粉/丙烯酸酯复合材料具有良好的耐水性, 经沸水浸泡后, 其吸水率变化不大.当竹粉含量为20%时, 竹粉/丙烯酸酯复合材料具有较佳的物理性能: 弯曲强度39.4 MPa, 弯曲模量2 800 MPa, 吸水率5.95%.%To improve the making efficiency of wood-plastics composite (WPC) and promote energy conservation, bamboo powder (BP)/acrylate composites were preparing through ultraviolet (UV) curing technology which can further enrich and perfect the processing technology of WPC.The influences of BP content on the dynamic mechanical properties, flexural properties and water absorption of BP/acrylate composite were studied using a material testing machines and dynamical thermal mechanical analyzer (DMA).The results showed that BP and acrylate can form crosslinking networks, improving physical properties of composite.Flexural property of composite increased with BP content increase, and got to the maximum at of 20% of BP, and then it reduced.DMA results showed that storage modulus of composite increased as BP content increased and decreased when over 20% of BP.The glass transition temperature of composite increased from 84 ℃ to 105 ℃ owing to the addition of BP.BP/acrylate composite had excellent water resistance since the water absorption of composites changed a little although composites were soaked in boiling water for 1.5 h.BP/acrylate composites with 20% of BP had better physical properties: flexural strength was 39.4 MPa;flexural modulus was 2 800 MPa;water absorption was 5.95%.
