基于功能模块化的轻型绞盘机研发

     

摘要

为解决传统绞盘机笨重,安装、转移不便,不能适应现代人工林择伐需求,对绞盘机进行模块化、轻量化设计,提高其适应性.主要通过改变摩擦卷筒轮槽截面形状,提高当量摩擦系数,提高摩擦卷筒牵引力,从而以摩擦卷筒为主卷筒,减小缠绕卷筒,减小整体自重.通过模块化设计,每个工作部件重量小于100 kg,不同模块可以单独装运,便于转移运输,各模块通过螺栓快速连接.以农用微耕机作为动力原型机,以降低成本.同时原型机与绞盘机的转换快捷,只需两人、30 min即可实现一机多用.新型绞盘机重量轻、成本低、转移安装方便,适合作业地点分散、集运单位重量小的现代小规模人工林集材,同时可应用于农业生产资料上山,山区毛竹、柑橘等经济作物采集、运输等农业生产活动.%As the traditional winch which is generally bulky and difficult to install and transfer, in order to solve these problems to adapt the needless of selective cutting for artificial plantation. The winch is designed with modularization and lightening to improve its adaptability. Its coefficient of equivalent friction was increased and the traction of the friction drum was increased by changing the shape of the groove section of the friction drum. Thus the friction would be the main drum, reducing the winding drum, as well as reducing the overall self-weight. Since the design with modularization, each module, less than 100 kg, can be transport alone and quickly connect by bolts. In order to cut down cost, the machine made use of a tiny cultivator as the prime mover. Meanwhile, the multi-purpose machine needs 2 people to achieve the quick transition between the prototype and winch in 30 minutes. The new winch is suitable for working in dispersed locations and in the modern small-scale forestry. The machine can also be applied to transportation uphill of agricultural means, collection and transportation of the mountain bamboo, citrus and other economic crops.
