油茶芽苗砧嫁接体的亲和性生理

     

摘要

通过对油茶芽苗砧嫁接体发育过程中的死亡率、可溶性糖含量、相对电导率和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的测定,研究嫁接体的亲和性生理.结果表明,嫁接体与对照实生苗的各项生理生化指标差异很大.嫁接体的死亡率在嫁接后16 d达到最高;CAT活性峰值出现在嫁接后20 d,是对照的339%;POD活性在嫁接后18d达到最高,是对照的187%;SOD活性在嫁接后26 d达到最高,是对照的136%;可溶性糖含量在嫁接后24 d达到最高.是对照的118%;相对电导率在嫁接后6和24 d出现2个高峰,分别是对照的107%和121%.可见,嫁接后的前26 d是嫁接体发育的关键时期.相关分析显示,嫁接体的死亡率与POD活性呈极显著正相关,与相对电导率呈显著正相关,与SOD活性不相关,表明POD活性可能是影响嫁接成活的关键指标.%For inquiring into the mechanism of physiological affinity, the death rate, soluble sugar content, the relative conductivity, superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) activity of Camellia oleifera nurse seed grafted union were studied. The results showed that changes of biophysical and chemical indices had obvious differences between the grafted union and the control. The death rate reached the peak value at the sixteenth day after 8rafting; the CAT activity reached the peak value at the twentieth day, which was 339% compared with the control; the POD activity reached the peak value at the eishteenth day, 187% of the control; the SOD activity reached the peak value that was 136% compared with the control at the twenty-sixth day; the soluble sugar content reached the peak value which was 118% of the control at the twenty-fourth day; the relative conductivity had the two peaks value at the sixth and twenty-fourth day, which were 107% and 121% compared with the control; so the twenty-sixth day after 8rafting was the critical period for the nurse seed 8rafted union. The death rate was extremely significantly and significantly positive correlation with the POD activity and the relative conductivity respectively, but had no significant correlation with the SOD activity.It indicated that the POD activity was probably a key indicator to survival rate in nurse seed 8rafted union.
