二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征伴胰岛素抵抗患者的疗效观察

摘要

目的探讨二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)伴胰岛素抵抗(IR)患者的疗效.方法选择80例PCOS伴IR患者,口服二甲双胍12周.观察治疗前后临床症状,测定性激素指标和糖代谢指标.结果用药后62例(78%)恢复排卵性月经,8例(10%)妊娠；BMI,WHR,F-G评分,LH,DHEAS,Homaβ cel,AUCG较前降低(P<0.05),LH/FSH, T, FT, A2, FINS,Homa IR,AUCI较前降低(P<0.01),SHBG,IGFBP-1,ISI较前增高(P<0.05),其余指标变化无显著差异.结论二甲双胍可有效改善PCOS伴IR患者的IR状态,降低雄激素水平,有助于恢复排卵.%　　Objective To study the effects of metformin on treating patients with PCOS and IR.Methods 80 patients with PCOS and IR were selected as subjects,who took metformin oraly for 12 weeks. The clinical symptoms were observed, and hormones, serum glucose and insulin were measured before and after treatment. Results After administration of metformin for 12 weeks , 62 of 80 (78%) cases recovered ovulation and 8 of 80 (10%) cases obtained pregnancy. BMI, WHR, F-G score, LH, DHEAS, Homa β cel,AUCG were decreased (P<0.05) .LH/FSH, T, FT, A2,FINS, Homa IR, AUCI were decreased (P<0.01) and SHBG, IGFBP-1, ISI were increased (P< 0.05). No difference was found in others. Conclusion Metformin may improve IR, reduce androgen levels, and recover ovulation in patients with PCOS and IR.
