正常成人胼胝体膝部及嘴部纤维的弥散张量纤维束成像研究

         

摘要

目的:利用弥散张量纤维束成像技术三维示踪胼胝体膝部和嘴部的纤维束,探讨胼胝体膝部和嘴部的纤维结构以及这些纤维束的起止和走行径路。方法:对30名健康成人(男女各15名,年龄:19-29岁)行头颅常规磁共振及弥散张量成像扫描,并利用弥散张量纤维束成像技术三维重建胼胝体膝部和嘴部的纤维束。结果:成功地显示了胼胝体膝部和嘴部纤维束的立体形态、空间走行及来源与终止。结论:弥散张量纤维束成像可以清楚地显示胼胝体膝部和嘴部的纤维束,该技术是研究大脑神经纤维束的可行方法。%  Purpose:To three-dimensionaly trace the fiber tracks of the genu and rostrum of corpus calosum by using diffusion tensor tracking, and to research the structure, start-stop and trace of fiber tracks of the genu and rostrum of corpus calosum. Method: 30 healthy adults (M 15, F 15, age: 19 - 29 years old) were examined with head routine MRI and diffusion tensor imaging, and the fiber tracks of genu and rostrum of corpus calosum were three-dimensionaly reconstructed by using diffusion tensor tracking. Results: The three-dimensional shape, trace and the start-stop of the fiber tracks of the genu and rostrum of corpus calosum were successfuly reconstructed. Conclusions: Diffusion tensor tracking is useful for showing fiber tracks of the genu and rostrum of corpus calosum. This technique is a feasible way for studying the cerebral nerve tracts.
