颅脑损伤患者躁动原因分析及护理对策

摘要

目的：初步探讨颅脑损伤患者躁动的原因，采取有效的护理对策，提高患者的救治率，减少或避免不安全的隐患发生。方法对64例患者的瞳孔、GCS评分、生命体征、躁动的表现进行动态观察，评定意识障碍的程度，分析躁动原因，及时处理。结果64例患者分别采取医疗手段和护理手段，消除或减轻因躁动所致的危害。结论密切观察颅脑损伤患者的病情变化，正确的分析患者躁动的原因，积极采取相应的护理措施，保证病人安全，提高护理质量。%Objective To explore the cause dysphoria in craniocerebral injury patients, to take effective nursingmeasures, improve the treatment of patients with rate, reducing or avoiding unsafe hidden danger. Methods Dynamic observation on 64 cases of pupil、 GCS score,、vital signs、agitation performance, evaluation of the level of consciousness, analysis of mania, timely treatment. Results 64 cases of agitation were treated by medical means and nursing measures, to eliminate or reduce the harm caused by agitation. Conclusion Close observation of patients with craniocerebral injury condition changes, the correct analysis of patients with agitation of the reasons, and take corresponding nursing measures actively, to ensure the safety of patients, improve the quality of nursing care.
