Objective: To explore the feasibility of without nasogastric tube placement in gastric cancer surgery in fast track surgery. Method: A total of 125 cases of gastric cancer were retrospective analysised and randomly divided into two groups: nasogastric tube placement group B(n=60) and without nasogastric tube placement group A(n=65). Postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function,and postoperative complications were analyzed. Result: Compared with B group, the time to flatus was advanced in A group(P< 0.05), while the ratio of throat ache, nausea and vomitting in B group increased significantly (P< 0.01).There was no significant difference about postoperative hospital stay betweet the 2 groups( P>0. 05) Conclusion: Nonroutine gastrointestinal decompression after gastric cancer has security and feasibility,can and accelerate the postoperative recovery and to lessen the pain of patient., consistent with the idea of fast track surgery.%目的：探讨在快速康复外科中胃癌术后不留置鼻胃管的安全及可行性。方法：回顾分析川北医学院附属医院普外科2013年1月-2013年6月胃癌手术患者125例，随机分为两组：65例不留置鼻胃管( A组)，60例留置鼻胃管( B组)。观察两组术后恢复情况及术后并发症并对其进行比较分析。结果：A组比B组肛门恢复排气时间显著提前( P<0.05)，两组住院时间差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。B组咽喉疼痛，恶心呕吐较A组增多( P<0.01)。结论：胃癌手术患者不放置鼻胃管是安全可行的，有利于病人的术后康复，减轻病人痛苦，符合快速康复外科理念。
