微型纯钛作为种植体支抗在安氏Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类畸形矫正治疗中的应用

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of miniature titanium implant anchorage in the Class Ⅰ, class I deformity corrective treatment. Admitted to our hospital from May 2010 to February 2011, 80 cases of Class Ⅰ and Class I deformity correction in patients treated in the stage of completion of leveling aligned extraction spaces were closed in accordance with the principle of completely random divided into two groups and control group, control group using conventional methods to close the gap, the observation group were treated with mini-titanium as implant anchorage to close the gap, and postoperative cephalometric x-ray film, panoramic radiographs and photography of surface teeth together like the two patients therapeutic effect. The observation group on alveolar seat angle (SNA), the upper and lower alveolar angle (ANB), the coverage of the model (OJ) index improved significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). During fol ow-up implant loose in the phenomenon. Results miniature titanium implants provide a stable anchorage with traditional arch extraoral anchorage is difficult to achieve.%目的:探讨微型纯钛作为种植体支抗在安氏Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类畸形矫正治疗中应用效果。方法将我院2010年5至2011年2月收治的80例安氏Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类畸形矫正治疗的患者,在完成整平排齐、关闭拔牙间隙阶段按照完全随机的原则分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规方法关闭间隙,观察组采用微型纯钛作为种植体支抗关闭间隙,比较两者患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的上齿槽座角(SNA)、上下齿槽座角(ANB)、模型的覆盖(OJ)等指标的改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。随访期间种植体无松动脱落现象。结论微型纯钛种植体可提供稳定的正畸支抗,能够显著改善患者的面形凸度及覆殆、覆盖关系。
