人性照护理论在住院艾滋病患者心理干预中的应用

ObjectiveAnalysis of the application of the theory of human care in the application effect of psychological intervention on HIV/AIDS patients in hospital.MethodsSelection during February 2013 to February 2013 in our hospital 82 cases of HIV/AIDS patients in the hospital, according to the different nursing intervention were divided into normal group (n = 40) and observation group (n = 42) and routine group shall be infectious department routine nursing intervention and observation group targeted nursing intervention according to the theory of human care, compared two groups of patients nursing effect.ResultsVarious psychological symptoms index score observation group were better than the conventional group, routine nursing satisfaction was 85%, 98% below group nursing satisfaction, comparison between groups, P < 0.05).ConclusionsApplication of the theory of human care in hospitalized patients with HIV/AIDS patients psychological intervention can effectively improve the adverse psychological, improve nursing satisfaction, the effect is remarkable.%目的：分析应用人性照护理论在住院艾滋病患者心理干预中的应用效果。方法：选取2013年2月至2015年2月期间在我院住院的82例艾滋病患者，按照不同的护理干预分为常规组（n=40）和观察组（n=42），常规组予以传染科常规的护理干预，观察组根据人性照护理论予以针对性的护理干预，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果：观察组各心理症状指标评分均优于常规组，常规组的护理满意度为85%，低于观察组的护理满意度98%，组间比较，P＜0.05。结论：应用人性照护理论在住院艾滋病患者心理干预中可以有效的改善患者的不良心理，提高了护理满意度，效果显著。
