腓骨截骨结合富血小板血浆（PRP）关节腔内注射治疗早期膝关节骨性关节炎

摘要

目的：探讨腓骨截骨结合关节腔内注射富血小板血浆（PRP）治疗早期膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：12例早期膝关节骨性关节炎患者使用腓骨截骨结合富血小板血浆（PRP）膝关节腔内注射治疗。结果：本组12例患者术后随访2年，效果满意8例，较满意2例，效果不满意2例，有效率83.33%。结论：腓骨截骨结合关节腔内注射富血小板血浆（P R P）治疗早期膝关节骨性关节炎创伤小，效果明显，值得推广。%Objective To study the clinical effection of fibula osteotomy combined with platelet rich plasma (PRP) articular cavity injection treatment of early knee osteoarthritis.Methods 12 cases of early knee osteoarthritis, agreed to the use of Fibula osteotomy combined with platelet rich plasma (PRP) articular cavity injection to treatment a two-yearly review of follow-up.Results Followed up for 2 years, this group of patients with postoperative effect is satisfied with 8 cases, 2 cases were satisfactory, the effect is not satisfactory in 2 cases, the effective rate was 83.33%.Conclusion Fibula osteotomy combined with platelet rich plasma (PRP) articular cavity injection early treatment of knee osteoarthritis small trauma, obviously, is worth promoting.
