护理干预对四肢骨折术后肢体肿胀患者康复效果的影响分析

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the rehabilitation effect of limb swelling after limb fracture surgery.Methods 100 patients with limb fractures treated by surgery were divided into control group (routine nursing) and intervention group (conventional nursing + nursing intervention), and the degree of limb swelling after two groups of patients were compared and analyzed by 7d.Result After 7d, the swelling degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can promote the recovery of limb swelling after limb fractures, and it is worth promoting.%目的：探讨护理干预对四肢骨折术后肢体肿胀患者康复效果的影响。方法：将100例四肢骨折并行手术治疗的患者分为对照组（常规护理）和干预组（常规护理+护理干预），对比分析两组患者术后第7d后肢体肿胀程度。结果：术后第7d，观察组肢体肿胀程度优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：护理干预能促进四肢骨折术后肢体肿胀患者康复，值得推广应用。
