According to operator’s hand position and danger level, the device intelligently slows down the winding mechanism in order to protect the operator. The winding machine safety protection device with advantages of intelligence,low cost, small volume, precise control, etc. has good economic benefit and vast development prospects.%论述了绕线机存在的安全隐患以及现有防护技术的缺陷，设计了一种绕线机防护装置。该装置根据操作人员手的大体位置、危险程度，对绕线机进行智能化减速，以达到安全防护的目的。绕线机安全防护装置具有智能化、成本低、体积小、控制较精准等优点，有很好的经济效益和广阔的发展前景。
