区域集优中小企业债务融资模式的推广路径：山东实践

摘要

National Association of Financial Market Institutional Inventors （NAFMII） introduced a direct debt financing model to SMEs collection of notes of outstanding small enterprises together. Shandong Province is the first province which innovate a series of effective measures in China. This issue is mainly about how to do the work of the SMEs collection of notes in order to achieve the commercialized and sustainable development of the SMEs direct debt financing based on the Shandong experience.%中国银行间交易商协会推出区域集优中小企业集合票据直接债务融资模式后，山东省作为首批试点省，通过一系列卓有成效的措施，在全国率先成功发行首单区域集优中小企业集合票据。本文通过分析山东的实践，进一步探索如何做好中小企业直接债务融资工作，实现其直接债务融资商业化可持续发展。
