旋风过滤装置天然气脱水试验研究

         

摘要

Cyclone filter device has been widely used in the field of gas liquid separation. For the design of a new type of cy⁃clone filtering separation device, cyclone filtration equipment with high separation efficiency, strong adaptability of the equip⁃ment, clean environment, the operational stability of the traditional natural gas dewatering device does not have the advantages. Study and analysis of the effects of different concentrations of liquid and inlet gas velocity on separation efficiency and pressure drop were carried out. Test results show that:with gas velocity increase separation efficiency will appear different magnitude of de⁃cline and can reflect the energy consumption of the overflow pressure drop in the continuously rising;water concentration changes the overflow pressure drop had no obvious influence with increase in the concentration of the solution can improve separation effi⁃ciency, and in different degree. The experimental results can be concluded that the cyclone filter device has good separation per⁃formance in the case of inlet gas velocity 8m/s-10m/s and liquid concentration in 20-25 g/m3.%旋风过滤装置在气液分离领域有着广泛的应用。为此设计一种新型的旋风过滤分离装置,该装置具有分离效率高,设备适应性强,清洁环保、操作稳定等传统天然气脱水设备不具备的优点。试验中对不同的含液浓度和入口气速对分离效率和溢流压降的影响进行了研究及分析。试验结果显示:随着气速的增加分离效率会出现不同幅度的下降而可以反映能耗的溢流压降在不断上升;含液浓度的变化对溢流压降没有明显的影响,而含液浓度的提高可以在不同程度上提高分离效率。通过实验结果可以分析得出旋风过滤装置在入口气速8~10 m/s且含液浓度在20~25 g/m3的情况下具有较好的分离性能。
